_**Responsibilities**:_
- Overseeing and coordinating all operations for a branch. (监督和协调分行的所有运作。)
- Responsible for hiring staff, onboarding and training new staff members. (负责招聘员工,入职和培训新员工)
- Developing goals to maintain sales performance. (制定目标以保持销售业绩。)
- Responsible in generate invoices, customer orders and etc. related document. (负责单据,客户订单等相关文件)
- To prepare reports and other documents as required by the management. (准备管理层要求的报告和其他文件。)
- To liaise and coordinate with the dealers and internal departments for sales support task. (联络和协调经销商和内部部门的销售协助任务。)
- Assist in sales and marketing promotional activities. (协助销售及营销推广活动)
- Timely and accurately processing of daily sales order (及时准确处理日常销售订单)
- Established and maintain proper filing system to ensure smooth documentation and administration. (建立和维护适当的文件系统,以确保顺利的文件和管理)
- Ad-hoc task when needed (追加的任务,若有需要)
- **Requirements**:_
- **Preferable with relevant experience.**:

- Knowledge in using Microsoft Words, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English & 中文
- **MUST willing to work for 6 days**:
