- 在 e-Tris 網站上處理補助金申請和 HRDF 索賠
- 處理與政府當局要求有關的所有事項
- 根據需要申請註銷或修改空殼卡。
- 處理差旅安排並解決相關問題。
- 根據要求預訂機票和飯店。
- 監控保全表現
- 行政辦公室的維護:購買設備、維修和清潔
- 直接向總經理報告 - 和臨時工作
- 工商管理/管理學位
- 至少 5 年經驗
- 良好的溝通能力。
