Executive Secretary to Director

Manage the Director's calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Organize meetings and prepare necessary materials and minutes.
  • Assist in drafting highquality documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform various administrative tasks with precision and attention to detail.
  • Exercise discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information.
  • Conduct thorough research and compile information as required.
  • To travel with the Director and his team for Regional Meetings or branch visits (if any)
  • Organizing internal events, if required.
  • Provide general support to the executive team.
  • Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an executive secretary, personal assistant, or similar
  • Exceptional organizational and timemanagement skills are a must.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work efficiently.
  • Demonstrate discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
  • Open to Malaysian citizens only

Pay:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
