Responsibilities:

  • Preparation for all meetings including coordination of schedules, preparing the agenda, presentation material, minutes, report and industry information
  • Prepare progress certificate and follow up on authority approval
  • Maintain time schedules and execute progress follow up of all action plan according to the master schedule

Requirements:

  • Possess a Private Secretary Certifiate (PSC)equivalent or Diploma in Business / Accounting
  • Minimum 5 years working experience in similar capacity
  • Working exposure in an environemnt requiring communication with colleagues from globally diverse backgrounds
  • Computer literate, knowledge of mandarin will be an advantage
