We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Branch Administrator.

The Branch Administrator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our branch office, as well as maintaining compliance with company policies and procedures.


Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties:

  • Maintain filing systems, ensuring quick and easy retrieval of documents.
  • Assist in processing invoices, purchase orders, and other financial transactions.
  • Support the branch team with scheduling appointments, arranging travel, and organizing meetings. Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.

Coordination with Headquarters:

  • Coordinate with relevant departments at the headquarters to ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with company policies.
  • Communicate branch needs, concerns, and updates to the headquarters staff in a clear and concise manner.

Documentation and Compliance:

  • Ensure all branch documentation is accurate, uptodate, and compliant with company standards and regulations.
  • Assist in preparing and maintaining records related to inventory, sales, and financial transactions.
  • Collaborate with the finance and HR departments to ensure adherence to financial and personnel policies.

Customer Service Support:

  • Act as a liaison between customers and the branch team, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Assist in managing customer accounts, processing orders, and handling customer complaints or feedback.
  • Monitor customer feedback and trends to identify areas for improvement in products or services.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote branch services and generate new business opportunities.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
