What do we need from you (Job Requirements):

  • Degree or high diploma or equivalent.
  • Proven experience as logistics coordinator at least 2 years.
  • Experience in customer service will be appreciated.
  • Knowledge of laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
  • Ability to work with little supervision and track multiple processes.
  • Computer savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software.
  • Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
What do we need you to do (Key Responsibilities):

  • Ensure security of Warehouse environment and maintain access control, ensuring 5S housekeeping standards are maintained at all times.
  • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy by ensuring the physical stock is in line with the warehouse management system and ensure all stock movements are recorded to ensure accuracy.
  • Maintain the management of supplier return packaging.
  • Record and communicate all shortage issues to the relevant Materials Analyst.
  • Monitor stock levels in order to highlight minimum and excess levels and therefore prevent part shortages.
  • Monitor and review operational method to facilitate both qualitative and quantitative improvement within the operation whilst ensuring continuous customer services.
  • Oversee any planned maintenance or vehicles, machinery and equipment.
  • Identify errors and eliminate root cause using robust countermeasures.
  • Sustain the corrective action to eliminate repeat issues.
  • To attend customer and interested parties audit.

Job Types:

Pay:
From RM2,500.00 per month
