Job Responsibilities

  • Ensure month end close activities relating to intercompany reconciliation are executed in a timely manner and in accordance with established work procedures and month end close timelines.
  • Prepare monthly reconciliation and confirmation of intercompany receivables and payable balances.
  • Prepare and post journals relating to intercompany reconciliation activities.
  • Prepare intercompany transactions to include in financial reporting package.
  • Prepare intercompany aging reconciliation post month end close.
  • Perform control checks and ensure all intercompany reconciliation activities in month end are approved and processed completely, accurately and in a timely manner in accordance with SLAs and KPIs.
  • Liaise with local companies and other finance functions inclusive work with internal and external party to resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Attend to queries relating to intercompany reconciliation and ensure timely resolution. Escalate unresolved issues in a timely manner.
  • Support new team members through proper knowledge transfer, sharing of resources, knowledge, and experience.
  • Assist in preparing and updating work procedures and training materials, when required.
  • Assist and support internal and statutory audits.
  • Perform such other tasks as required by Team Manager/ Process Manager

Job Requirements

  • Minimum a diploma in
    Accounting or relevant discipline
  • Minimum
    2 years of work experience in finance
  • Excellent in problem solving, analytical and administrative skills,
  • Proficiency in
    MS Office, including Excel, Access and Project:

  • English & Mandarin proficiency, both written and verbal, is an added advantage:
  • Good work ethic

Remuneration

  • MYR 3,000 to MYR 4,500

Salary:
RM4, RM4,500.00 per month
