**Skop Tugas**:
1. Merancang, mengatur dan melaksanakan strategi operasi syarikat, memastikan kecekapan proses, pengurusan stok dan perolehan, serta memantau prestasi operasi untuk mencapai sasaran organisasi.
2. Mengawasi pasukan operasi
3. Menyelaras aktiviti harian dan memantau aliran kerja
4. Menyediakan laporan prestasi operasi kepada pihak atasan.
5. Mengingatkan tugas penting dan tarikh akhir setiap hari.
6. Menyediakan minit mesyuarat.
7. Memastikan Ketua Pegawai mengikut masa dan jadual yang ditetapkan.
**Kriteria**:
1. Minimum Diploma/Ijazah dalam bidang yang berkaitan
2. Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang pengurusan, pembantu peribadi, atau peranan yang sama.
3. Mahir dalam penggunaan Microsoft Office, Canva dan aplikasi lain yang berkaitan
4. Kemahiran organisasi dan multitasking yang kuat
5. Kemahiran komunikasi dan interpersonal yang sangat baik
6. Tahap profesionalisme dan kerahsiaan yang tinggi
7. Berorientasikan perincian dengan tumpuan pada ketepatan
8. Keupayaan untuk bekerja secara bebas dan kolaboratif dalam persekitaran yang pantas
