Warehouse Inventory Executive

Job Summary:

The inventory executive has experience in warehouse operations, inward and outbound logistics, Inventory management.

To actively develop and manage supplier relationships to align with the strategic sourcing objectives while minimizing financial and business continuity risk.

To liaise with existing suppliers, negotiate prices and ensure timely delivery.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily/monthly cycle count.
  • Manage stock consolidation.
  • Perform inventory adjustment and cycle count adjustments into a web based system.
  • Troubleshoot inventory discrepancies.
  • Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation.
  • Prepare inventory aging report.
  • Accomplish task assign by supervisor

Qualifications

  • Minimum Degree holder in any field.
  • Min 2 years of working experience in the related field in warehousing/supply chain is an added advantage.

Skills and Competencies:

  • Must be detail oriented person.
  • Good communication skills both verbal and written. Language proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month
