Tanggungjawab

  • Handles Front Desk operations of handling arrivals, Checkins (registration) and departures for checkouts (cashiering) of all the hotel guests
  • Understand guest needs and preferences and provide the necessary assistance to ensure utmost guest satisfaction.
  • Provide excellent service to internal customers as appropriate.
  • Be familiar with the hotel's products and services and policies.
  • Support and embrace the spirit of "Team Work".
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
