Job Descriptions:

  • Creates and updates records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
  • To ensure all transactional processes are executed accurately in a timely manner, compliance with statutory requirements, meeting contribution or payment timeline and updating staff data in HRIS.
  • Provide a responsive, accurate client advisory service on payroll matters, resolve difficult enquiries and assist in identifying payroll errors and implementing corrective action where required to ensure employee payments are processed accurately and database integrity is maintained.
  • To maintain good working relationship and practice open communication with colleagues and staff of other departments
  • To undertake any other adhoc assignment as assigned from time to time by the superior or Management

Job Requirements:

  • Recognised Diploma in Finance/Accounting/HR or its equivalent.
  • At least 23 years of working experience in the related field, preferably in payroll.
  • Sound knowledge of the Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Labour laws and prevailing HR practices and legislation in Malaysia.
  • Proficient in HR2000 Quick Pay system is an added advantage
  • Able to set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Able to work independently, good team player with effective time management skills
  • Fast Learner

Salary:
RM2, RM2,500.00 per month
