Continuously review the operations model and daily operational procedures to identify areas for improvement.

  • Analyze and enhance services quality based on identified gaps or areas for improvement.
  • Collect and evaluate complaints and quality issues and develop sustainable resolutions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis and create prevention plans.
  • Report service quality issues to leadership and collaborate with teams on service recovery and improvement plans.
  • Assist leadership and operations team in HR SSC risk management by producing risk analysis reports and mitigation plans.
  • Lead service level and performance management and create service quality documents for internal and external teams.
  • Ensure service deliveries meet defined quality and compliance requirements.
  • Standardize regional payroll processes procedures and policies by working with respective departments.
  • Review operational documents to ensure compliance with defined operational model procedures processes and governance.
  • Develop and implement compliance initiatives such as SeparationofDuty and Access Control Management.
  • Create and execute Business Continuity Plan.
  • Conduct Customer Satisfaction Surveys analyze feedback and implement service improvement plans.
  • Provide guidance to HR SSC team members on service quality initiatives.
  • Identify training needs and ensure HR SSCwide compliance.
  • Conduct internal audits for HR SSC and vendor services and support external audits when required.
  • Research industry service quality control practices and propose their adoption into HR SSC quality control initiatives.
  • Support defined HR Transaction Services for Singapore entities.

; Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of working experience with at least 3 years in the Payroll/HR field and 2 years in Service Quality Management/Project Management/Service Management. HR Service Center experience preferred.
  • Proficient in payroll and HR disciplines. Exceptional organizational skills. Proficient in planning tracking and executing projects/tasks.
  • Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to details. Strong interpersonal skills. Collaborative team player with the ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
