The incumbent must be able:


Þ to attend assigned clients account fall under her/him custodian by handling Human Resource documentations and Monthly Payroll efficiently and effectively.


Þ She/He must ensure addresses clients' requests and grievances in a timely manner and maintain clients with HR procedures that comply with the Labor Regulations (up to date).


Þ Work closely with Manager and the CEO of the Company to strategically plan HR initiatives that will benefit the company and encourage more efficient and beneficial work from employees.

Þ Monitor Clients' employees progress and stay abreast on company climate and culture, ensuring it stays positive and productive. Promote a positive and open work environment where employees feel comfortable speaking up about issues

Responsibilities

HUMAN RESOURCE DOCUMENTATION

  • To prepare official HR letters as and when requires by the Clients
  • To liaise with Clients' representative with regards to Payroll and HR matters
  • Understand and adhere to all pertinent labour laws
  • Well verse in Labor laws and always refer to the regulation when come into issues.
  • Handles changes in exemptions, job status, and job titles
  • Efficient in handling HR documentations, HR letters and SOP
  • Handle Leave Management
  • Receives and coordinates requests for leave and other absences
  • To make sure Clients Employee Handbook is up to date
PAYROLL MANAGEMENT & ADMINISTRATION

  • To prepare Monthly Payroll under custodian
  • Make sure the Salary Report obtained the KPI of the Clients' company.
  • To calculate Overtime Claim accurately
  • Processes client's payroll every pay period and print payslip for clients
  • Maintains payroll processing system and records by gathering, calculating, and inputting data
  • Computes employee takehome pay based on time records, benefits, and taxes
  • Answers Clients' questions about wages, deductions, attendance, and time records
  • Adheres to payroll policies and procedures and complies with relevant law
  • Completes payroll reports for recordkeeping purposes or managerial review
  • Able to perform any tasks as and when requires.
  • To work with minimum supervision

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field/equivalent
  • Minimum 2 year's experience in HR and Payroll
  • Able to handle Clients account from SME companies
  • Handson experience with Human Resources Management Software (including payroll systems Quickpay
  • HR2000)
  • Solid understanding of labour law
  • Handle payroll system effectively and efficiently
  • Excellent communication abilities/skills
  • Leadership skills
  • Ability to foster healthy employee relations
  • Can start work immediately
  • Humble and good relationship with ALLAH
  • Willing to travel as and when requires
