Responsibilities Develop, execute, maintain and update Standard Operating Procedure documentation for Payroll Process To ensure the functional of system is accurate and relevant to payroll process Involved in data conversion activities, functional and integration testing, and other system implementation steps To assist team to manage and understand the job scopes of each specialists, creating back-ups among team and act as an internal trainer/ mentor to the team To ensure staffs have the right skills to carry out their duty Play a key role in preparing user documentation and training material Perform training/ orientation for payroll function to ensure the fluency of monthly payroll process 60% payroll, 40% C&B To perform any other duties as directed by the immediate superior from time to time Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Applicants must be willing to work in Kelana Jaya Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Human Resources or equivalent Full-Time position(s) available Able to commence to work immediately Possess own transportation Preferable Chinese speaking candidate (to process payroll for China)
