Manage and perform full spectrum of HR functions.

Perform the full spectrum of payroll functions and ensure payments are calculated efficiently and paid out in a timely manner.

Handle employee relations issues and resolve conflicts in a timely and professional manner.
Identify, source, and arrange training courses for employees to enhance knowledge, skills, and abilities required to increase performance.
Maintain and update HR-related records and systems.
Prepare HR reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
Review existing processes, workflows, and documentation; recommend improvements/solutions and enhancements to increase productivity.
Implement HR strategies and practices in compliance with company regulations, policies, and labor laws.
Manage administration tasks such as IT-related matters, clinic licenses, employee insurance, uniforms, building maintenance, stationery, miscellaneous purchases, etc.
Manage and handle any ad-hoc duties assigned by superiors and management.

Job Requirements:
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration or equivalent.

Minimum - 3 years of working experience in Generalist HR.Knowledgeable of current HR practices and Employment Act / Industrial Relations Act and other employment statutory requirements.


Languages:
English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Must be familiar with HR2000.
