Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment. Support the HR Manager in resolving employee relations issues by collecting data and providing initial support.

Compliance & Documentation Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date knowledge and assisting in audits as needed.

Prepare HR reports and documents as required by the HR Manager. Training & Development Coordinate training sessions and workshops, including scheduling, logistics, and communication with participants. Assist in tracking employee training progress and maintaining training records. Qualifications Diploma or Bachelor's degree in human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 2~3 years of experience in an HR role, preferably in the F&B or retail industry. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
