Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and preferences

- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and qualifications
- Make job offers and negotiate salary and benefits
- Onboarding and Orientation
- Develop and implement onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition for new hires
- Conduct orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company culture and policies
- HR Administration
- Manage HR systems and databases to track employee information and recruitment data
- Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts
- Reporting and Analytics
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Provide regular reports to management on recruitment progress and outcomes
- Education
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Experience
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience, including mass hiring, either in-house or with a recruitment agency
- Skills
- Knowledgeable in recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly build relationships with stakeholders and talents
- Good organization and time management skills with ability to multi-task
