  • Onboarding and Orientation

  • HR Administration
    • Manage HR systems and databases to track employee information and recruitment data
    • Prepare and distribute HR-related documents, such as offer letters and contracts
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
    • Provide regular reports to management on recruitment progress and outcomes
    Requirements
    • Education
      • Degree or Diploma in Human Resources Management or equivalent
    • Experience
      • At least 2 years of recruitment experience, including mass hiring, either in-house or with a recruitment agency
    • Skills
      • Knowledgeable in recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to quickly build relationships with stakeholders and talents
      • Good organization and time management skills with ability to multi-task
