HR Business Partner

At iMin, we're seeking a highly skilled and versatile HR Generalist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the growth and development of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment and Staffing: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent, manage job postings, and coordinate with hiring managers to ensure seamless hiring processes.
- Candidate Screening and Onboarding: Conduct thorough candidate screenings, coordinate new hire orientations, and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Employee Relations and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment by addressing workplace issues, implementing employee recognition programs, and promoting a culture of inclusivity and respect.
- Performance Management and Development: Support the performance review process, provide coaching and feedback to employees, and identify training and development needs to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Compensation and Benefits Administration: Assist with salary reviews, manage benefits administration, and address employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
- Compliance and Legal Support: Ensure HR policies and practices comply with local, state, and federal labor laws, and assist in creating and updating HR policies as needed.
- HR Administration and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, manage payroll and leave tracking, and prepare and process various HR documents.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate training sessions, and track employee progress to enhance workforce capabilities.
- Employee Engagement and Retention: Conduct employee engagement surveys, implement recognition programs, and promote a positive work environment to increase employee motivation and retention.
- Health and Safety: Ensure the workplace complies with health and safety regulations, and develop and promote health and wellness initiatives to improve employee well-being.
- Exit Management: Manage the offboarding process, conduct exit interviews, and gather feedback to improve retention and employee satisfaction.
- HR Strategy Support: Generate reports on key HR metrics, support the implementation of HR initiatives, and assist with diversity and inclusion programs.
