Corporate Planning Manager

Responsibility:

  • To assist senior executives in most of the preliminary legwork for potential deals.
  • To analyze industry prospects by gathering information about growth, competitors, market share.
  • To review the target's fundamentals, financial statements and tax exposure.
  • Involves funding management, treasury management, tax planning, financial projection, due diligence and investors' relation.

Experience/skill required:

  • Minimum 45 years' experience in medium sized/ Big4 audit firms or investment banks.
  • Able to work in great pressure and tight schedule.
  • Good communication planning and coordination skill, able to communicate with all levels of people.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, Power point and Excel.
  • Good writing and oral skills in both English & Mandarin.
