This is a full-time on-site role as an Administration Clerk at Zhaf Reich Construction located in Subang Jaya.

As an Administration Clerk, you will be responsible for day-to-day administrative tasks such as managing and organizing paperwork, data entry, maintaining records, and providing general administrative support to the team.

You may also be responsible for answering phone calls, coordinating meetings and schedules, and other administrative tasks within the office.


Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with a focus on Excel and Word
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Detailoriented and able to prioritize tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in office administration or related field is a plus
