Job Description:

  • To assist Purchasing Manager to keep the Purchasing Department running efficiently.
  • Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with approval.
  • To source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
  • To monitor and coordinates deliveries and to ensure that all items are delivered as per schedule.
  • To followup order, quotation and invoice by supplier.
  • To assist in data entry, filing and keeping track of all purchase orders and related documents.
  • To coordinate with site personnel to monitor the delivery of materials and equipment.
  • To undertake any other adhoc assignment or duties assigned by superior as and when required.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Good interpersonal skill in coordination and negotiation.
  • Computer literate skills: Ms Excel & Ms Words
  • Languages: Mandarin, English & Malay.
  • Able to work independently.

Salary:
RM1, RM1,999.00 per month
