Each shift is 9 hours, including a 1-hour lunch break and two 15-minute short breaks.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide accurate and timely answers to customer queries through calls.
  • Deliver excellent customer support and patient assistance at all times.
  • Effectively support customers through active communication.
  • Meet and exceed all key performance indicators set by the company and clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    6 months of relevant experience in voice channel support within customer service

Minimum Diploma Holder or higher (preferred)
:

  • Proficiency in
    Mandarin or Cantonese and English is a must
:

Native speakers of Malaysian Mandarin/Cantonese are an added advantage.
