Effectively manage large numbers of incoming messages Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution Good customer interactions and maintain customer relationship.

Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Deliver the right & accurate information to customers at all time. Job Requirements Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Previous working experience in customer service, or customer service related fields will be prioritized. Possess good telephone etiquette with a smiley voice. Knowledge in handling basic computer (Microsoft Excel/Word etc). Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively Able to speak mandarin and good English proficiency Job Benifits 100% Working from home.
