  • Manage a designated portfolio of products on order replenishment between supplier/ factory/principal and Yee Lee branches (based on targeted inventory control objective)
  • Market/stock planning to ensure accuracy of delivery and order replenishment
  • Data analysis of supply, demand and forecast trend on the market versus trade marketing marketing plan.
  • To perform daily branch ordering requisition and purchase order processing.
  • Market/stock planning to ensure accuracy of delivery, forecast and order replenishment.
  • Work closely with external parties (supplier/principal) to ensure ontime delivery.
  • To followup & confirm delivery lead time of purchase order and expedite delivery of goods.
  • Responsible for endtoend planning of inventory from branch purchase order to supplier/principal.
  • Manage inventory level versus inventory control objectives (ICO) with support projects and promotions.
  • Data analysis on sell out vs replenishment parameters regularly to ensure optimize inventory holding within KPI target.
  • Support internal branch & external parties (supplier/principal) inquiries.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle task simultaneously.
  • Selfmotivated and good interpersonal skills.
  • Organized & ability to work under fastpaced environment.
  • Team Player (Coordinate & liaise with Internal & External Stakeholder with strong capability to be handson.
  • Independently (work with mínimal supervision) with a focus on results.
