  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and preferences.
  • Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment.

Compliance:

  • Stay informed about relevant employment legislation and ensure compliance with all recruiting policies and procedures.

Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and uptodate recruitment data, generate reports, and analyze key metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
