Responsibilities:

  • Responsible in all aspects of Kitchen Department operations.
  • Prepare the daily misenplace and food production.
  • Responsible for food quality and food safety procedure.
  • Ensure quality control on preparation and production including taste, texture portioning, color and overall presentation of all food served for a la carte and buffets.
  • Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work in rotation shift.
  • 6 working days with 1 day off per week.
  • Well verse with kitchen operations and banquet.
  • Guest oriented and service minded person.

Job Types:

Contract length: 12 months

RM1,500.00 per month
