Review and monitor Rescheduling & Restructuring (R&R) on impaired accounts to optimize productivity and achieve maximum recovery.

  • Facilitate the repayment of impaired accounts, assisting management in improving Credit Assessment (CA) and Bad Debt Recovery (BDR) metrics.
  • Ensure timely declassification of R&R customers after the coolingoff period.
  • Handle appeals, negotiate repayment proposals, and evaluate account rehabilitation plans.
  • Monitor R&R and monthly repayment accounts within specified Turn Around Times (TAT).
  • Initiate necessary approvals to halt or defer legal actions for deserving cases.
  • Daily tracking of payment reports for cured accounts and obtaining approvals to cease further actions and reduce interest rates.
  • Address walkin customers and resolve complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure timely reporting of adhoc and monthly reports to relevant stakeholders.
  • Adhere strictly to all credit policies, procedures, guidelines, and compliance standards.
  • Monitor and track expiry and renewal of SJPP guarantees, preparing documents for consent and claim submission.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1 years of experience in banking, with a focus on credit management, loan recovery, or account rehabilitation.
  • Strong understanding of banking regulations, compliance standards, and legal procedures related to loan recovery.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in using banking systems and software for recordkeeping and reporting.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
  • Adaptability to changes in regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Fluency in English

Job Types:
Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 6 months

Pay:
RM3,500.00 per month
