The front desk associate/receptionist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa.
This individual is responsible for managing the reception area, greeting and assisting clients, scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and performing various administrative tasks.
- Greeting and Assisting Clients.
- Manage appointment bookings, both inperson and over the phone.
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally.
- Process payments for services, retail products, and gift certificates.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
; Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent (additional education or training in hospitality or customer service is a plus).
- Proven experience in a customer serviceoriented role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling appointments and payments.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in a fastpaced environment.
- Knowledge of spa services, treatments, and products is beneficial.
