We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and responsible Front Desk Receptionist to join our clinic's beauty department team. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first impression representative of our clinic, responsible for welcoming and guiding visitors, and providing an excellent customer service experience. You will work closely with the medical team to ensure smooth daily operations and provide support and assistance to patients.

**Responsibilities**:
Warmly welcome and greet visitors, including patients, clients, and suppliers, ensuring they feel the friendly atmosphere of the clinic.
Manage the cleanliness and organization of the clinic's front desk area, including maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area.
Assist patients in completing relevant forms and documents, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of information.
Support the daily operations of the medical team, assisting in scheduling appointments and handling patient records.
Provide information about clinic services and processes, answer common patient questions, and address their concerns and needs.
Assist in handling administrative tasks related to clinic operations, such as file management and inventory management.

**Requirements**:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build good relationships with various groups of people.
Organizational skills and problem-solving abilities, able to effectively handle multiple tasks and pressure.
Passionate and patient about customer service, able to handle various situations in a professional and friendly manner.
Proficient in using office software and electronic devices, such as Microsoft Office suite and phone systems.
Experience in the medical or beauty industry front desk reception is preferred.
