Responsibilities:

  • Responsible and take ownership for the efficient running and overall operations (FOH and BOH) of the outlets/brands under his/her purview, keeping in line with organisation's corporate strategies, brand and customer service standards while meeting stakeholders' expectations.
  • Develop and supervise the effective controls of food, beverage and labour costs among all subdepartments and monitor the food and beverage budget to ensure efficient operation and that expenditures stay within budget limitations.
  • Establishes restaurant business plan by surveying restaurant demand, identifying and evaluating competitors.
  • Maintains operations by preparing policies and standard operating procedures; implementing production, productivity, quality, and patronservice standards.
  • Meets restaurant financial objectives by developing financing strategic to control, establish and monitor financial.
  • Responsible for the manpower planning and staffing for the operations under his/her purview with a view towards increasing productivity.
  • Oversee the planning, development and implementation of projects (eg: opening of outlets, renovation, launching of new concepts).
  • Negotiate contractual terms with external vendors and developing preferred supplier lists.
  • Develop and supervise the implementation of plans to ensure that attrition rate of operations is below industry benchmark.
  • Work with Head of Marketing to formulate, implement and evaluate marketing strategies, advertising, public and community relations programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
  • Develop, recommend and advise the management on any areas of improvement in processes and strategies.
  • Work with Executive/Head chef in formulating new menus, seasonal menus and maintaining food and quality control.
  • Establish challenging, realistic and obtainable goals to guide operations manager and/or restaurant managers in operation and performance to achieve the revenue.
  • Identify and analyse market trends and strengthen customer service by using continuous improvement techniques and processes.
  • Nurture an environment where our people can develop personally and professionally, and to value add to the organization.
  • Create and develop a team culture that support the company's vision and values.

Salary:
RM13, RM15,000.00 per month
