1. To manage the sales, marketing, and renting of properties.

  • To ensure the sales team deal with all enquiries in a professional and timely manner in accordance with the Group's policies and procedures.
  • To ensure all properties in the portfolio are marketed effectively, arranging for sales
materials and brochures to be produced and issued in a timely manner.

  • To carry out market research on property sales in the general market place.
  • To work in partnership with internal and external teams and stakeholders to ensure the
best services are delivered to the Group's customers.

  • To prepare reports and prove performance information in a timely manner.
  • To perform any other ad-hoc duties from the superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years of experience as sales and marketing manager.
  • Solid understanding of property field.
  • Very good knowledge of legislation and regulations of the field.

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
