Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daytoday operations of the hotel, including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize occupancy rates and revenue.
  • Ensure that guest satisfaction is consistently maintained at the highest level by addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Train, and supervise staff members, providing guidance and support as needed to ensure a high level of performance and morale.
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and staff by enforcing safety standards and procedures.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to develop promotional strategies and attract new business.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices, and implement new initiatives to enhance the guest experience and improve operational efficiency.
  • Represent the hotel in the local community and cultivate positive relationships with guests, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 5 years of experience in hotel management, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and problemsolving abilities.
  • Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Year of Experience & Salary Range
5 years of working experience with 2 years of relevant field RM 4,000 min - RM7,000 max
7 years of working experience with 3 years of relevant field RM 5,000 min - RM 8,000 max

Pay:
RM4, RM8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend jobs
