Job Overview:


The Talent and HR Manager is responsible for managing and developing the organization's talent management strategies, ensuring effective employee recruitment, retention, and engagement practices.

This role involves overseeing the full range of human resources (HR) functions, including employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, compliance, performance management, and training and development.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement talent management strategies, including recruiting, onboarding, retention, and succession planning, to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
  • Develop and administer employee benefit programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.
  • Provide coaching and counseling to managers and employees on HR policies and procedures, performance management, and employee relations issues.
  • Oversee employee performance management and provide guidance on setting goals, providing feedback, and evaluating performance.
  • Conduct training and development programs to ensure employees have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Develop and manage the HR budget, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and manage HR data systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on talent management.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices, including employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement talent management strategies and programs.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Experience with HR information systems and software.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fastpaced environment.

Salary:
RM4, RM6,000.00 per month
