Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
  • Managing and coordinating front desk activities, including appointments and checkins.
  • Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area.
  • Handling and distributing mail and packages.
  • Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
  • Managing office supplies and placing orders as needed.
  • Keeping track of staff movements in and out of the office.
  • Providing basic information to callers and visitors.
  • Directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.

Requirements:

  • High school or diploma; additional certification is a plus.
  • Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Customer serviceoriented attitude.
  • Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
  • Familiarity with basic office management procedures.

Pay:
From RM1,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
