Responsibilities:
- Greeting and welcoming visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls.
- Managing and coordinating front desk activities, including appointments and checkins.
- Maintaining a tidy and presentable reception area.
- Handling and distributing mail and packages.
- Assisting with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
- Managing office supplies and placing orders as needed.
- Keeping track of staff movements in and out of the office.
- Providing basic information to callers and visitors.
- Directing visitors to the appropriate person or department.
Requirements:
- High school or diploma; additional certification is a plus.
- Proven work experience as a receptionist or in a related role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Customer serviceoriented attitude.
- Knowledge of office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
- Familiarity with basic office management procedures.
Pay:
From RM1,500.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
- Performance bonus
