Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Digital Marketer to join our Awesome team.

As a Social Media Digital Marketer, you will play a key role in planning, creating, developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our Awesome products, increase brand awareness, and drive customer engagement.

You will work closely with our internal Awesome team to execute campaigns across various digital channels, monitor performance metrics, and contribute to continuous optimization efforts.


Job description

  • Plans, creates, develops and executes effective marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve marketing objectives.
  • Create, improvise and manage Ads for Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok accounts etc.
  • Ideation and creation of collaterals, distributing them in various online media and social media platforms and measuring their impact and effectiveness.
  • Develop social media initiatives and content plans/strategies for Always-On and campaigns.
  • Plan, execute and publish daily social media content and strategies for products.
  • Shoot, edit and publish 10 short videos per week of social media content.
  • Content creation and copywriting for digital marketing materials (collaborate with creative teams).
  • Track content engagement, reach, and other benchmarks on social platforms.
  • Collaborate on paid media to develop/execute paid social strategies focusing on audiences, targeting, budgets, reporting, etc.
  • Client servicing, communication, managing and coordinating data analytics report and ad campaign with team.
  • To execute other duties as assigned by management from time to time.
  • Work with local celebrities and influencer.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content tailored to various digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decisionmaking and optimization efforts.
  • Proficiency in using graphic design tools, such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva, to create basic marketing materials is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and effectively communicate ideas and feedback.
  • Familiarity with web development languages (HTML, CSS) and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal) is a plus.

JOB REQUIREMENT

  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.
  • Personality: Strong communication skills, willing to explore new things, proactive and strong learner.
  • Experience in digital marketing, social media planning and management will be an added advantage.
  • Able to execute and create posting by using software eg: Video editing, Canva, FB Business Suite, Ads Manger, Photoshop, Illustrator, or etc.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Sheets etc.
  • Avid social media geek and has many followers or subscriber: Facebook, Blog, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Youtube, will be an added advantage.

Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
