The role provides important functions for the sales teams, customers and relevant supporting countries to help the company improve efficiency, provide satisfactory customer experiences and elevate processes.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • To provide administrative support to the Malaysia office.
  • To provide Sales Coordination and Support to the Sales Team which includes the Customer Request, Pre & Post Customer Sign-Ups Documentations and Follow Ups.
  • To perform basic administration in SAP system for related sales activities, customer information and reports.
  • Provide backup support for regional office general administrative functions.
  • Liaise with regional/HQ team on the traveling arrangements for hotel, flight, transport & refreshment arrangement for conferences.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, or quarterly reports as required to monitor the performance and target delivery of the sales team.
  • Assist to coordinate with HRBP team on the preparation of the name card for staffs. Assist HRBP on issuance of the Company's properties such as parking card, access card.
  • Ensure staff surrender the company's properties on their last working day. Update HRBP staff on the status of the company's properties.
  • Manage office supplies and assist in coordinating office activities and events for staff within the allocated budget to encourage teamwork and good rapport within the team members.
  • To undertake any other tasks and jobs as may be assigned by the management/ superior from time to time.

Experience required:

Essential

  • Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficiency in English & Bahasa Malaysia in both oral and written
  • Good communication skill at all levels
  • Ability to work independently, selfmotivated and able to multitask
  • Result oriented
  • Willing to work on a hybrid setup of at least 3 days in the office

Desirable

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Admin/Marketing/ Banking or other equivalent
  • At least 2 years' working experience in Administration or Sales
  • Additional knowledge in SAP is highly desirable
