Duties & Responsibilities:

Under the guidance of the Sales Admin Manager and Senior Executive, this assistant will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Filing and organizing documents to ensure a well-maintained record system.
  • Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as preparing documents and photocopying.
  • Handling incoming calls and enquiries from buyers, solicitors, and bankers.
  • Issuing official receipts, progress billing, reminders, and statement of account to purchasers.
  • Coordinating with other parties (internal and external) for any sales admin matters.
  • Support the team with any other tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Minimum SPM level & above.
  • Able to work independently with mínimal supervision.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proactive and a team player.
  • Basic computer literacy ie Microsoft Office
  • Required languages: Bahasa Malaysia, English & Mandarin

Ability to speak and write Mandarin is a must

  • Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays if required.


This role provides an opportunity for growth within the sales admin team, and the assistant will receive necessary training to handle tasks effectively.
