Sales Coordinator

Provide administrative support to the Sales Managers and sales team on sales order, pricing & approvals.

  • Responsible for the filing of various departmental documents in an orderly & efficient manner.
  • Prepare various sales reports on Excel spreadsheets.
  • Assist Finance Controller in preparing sales performance reports, monthly sales reports and inventory reports.
  • Generate quotations (as and when needed), sales orders and purchase orders.
  • Ensure timely and accurate update in the Sales Information System for effective follow up and decision making.
  • Liaise and coordinate with product distributors.
  • Assist with other ad hoc projects and sales promotions from time to time.
  • Perform office admin activities as and when required
  • Responsible as front desk operator to receive all telephone calls during office hours and forwarding the calls to the respective personnel.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any related field
  • Min 2 years sales experience in related industry (pharmaceuticals)
  • Independent and able to work with mínimal supervision.
  • Fluent in Both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • A team player with pleasant personality, good telephone manners, meticulous with details & wellorganized.
  • Good knowledge of Excel and Word.

Salary:
RM2, RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Performance bonus
