**Job Responsibilities**

  • Manage daily customer interactions, including quotes, sample arrangements, and order requests.
  • Track and monitor project progress, collecting and organizing relevant information.
  • Analyze and interpret monthly and quarterly sales data to inform business decisions.
  • Communicate and coordinate with sales and customers on issues and anomalies.
  • Oversee customer contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements, coordinating with relevant departments for reviews.
  • Reconcile invoices and follow up on payments to ensure timely settlement.
  • Schedule shipments, print delivery notes, and audit shipping documents to ensure accuracy.
  • Coordinate customs clearance, settlements, and after-sales service to meet customer needs.
  • Monitor production, shipping, and on-site supervision to ensure smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and manage adjustments such as price changes and amendments.

**Job Requirements**

  • Candidates must possess a Certificate/Diploma/Degree in Secretarial Studies, Shipping, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service or a similar role is required.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, coordination, and follow-up skills are essential.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are necessary for success in this role.
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform business decisions.
  • Proficiency in both Chinese and English languages is required.

**Remuneration**

RM 2,500 - RM 6,000
