As a Sales Administration Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day administrative activities, coordinating with vendors, ensuring timely payment, and providing timely reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage day-to-day administration activities, such as issuing quotation, purchase order, invoice, and delivery order.
* Ensure timely and accurate submission of quotes, proposals & agreements to Sales Executive.
* Provide reliable lead time control for goods delivery to Customer.
* Liaise with Vendors for purchase order, delivery & payment.
* Ensure timely and accurate process order & update on Accurate System.
* Monitor & ensure payment received daily.
* Provide timely reporting.
* Carry out any other duties or ad hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
* Assist in project launches and other related events when required.
* Assist in updating record into the company database and prepare reports to management.
* Maintain good and efficient filing of relevant projects and purchaser files.
* Adhere to the administrative processes set and meet with the turnaround process timeline.

Requirements:

* Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
* Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
* Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.
* Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
