Develop and implement improvements to existing operational procedures in order to maximize efficiency and cut operations costs. Collect and analyze data to determine stock accuracy levels. Track rates of inventory accuracy as well as defective items to manage quality control decisions. Prepare and generate data analysis to be reviewed in weekly report.
