Randstad is parterning up with a leading fintech company in Singapore. They are looking for a finance executive to join their company.

The Financial executive aids the finance team by overseeing financial transactions, generating reports, and ensuring the precision of financial data. This position entails managing accounts, aiding in budgeting and forecasting, and ensuring adherence to financial policies.

Main Duties:


Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and accuracy.Accounts Management: Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring invoices and payments are processed promptly.Budgeting and Forecasting: Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by providing accurate financial data and analyses.Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, addressing any discrepancies swiftly.Compliance: Ensure adherence to internal financial policies and regulatory requirements.Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and information.Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to aid business decisions and identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.System Management: Efficiently use financial software and tools, suggesting system enhancements as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the fintech or financial services sector.
  • Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Excel), strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and keen attention to detail.
  • Attributes: Excellent organizational and time management skills, strong communication capabilities, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
