**Position: Finance Executive - Work from home**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the full set of accounting functions, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger maintenance, and financial reporting.
- Perform Quarterly GST reporting
- Oversee the Accounts Payable process, ensuring accuracy and timely processing of invoices.
- Manage payment processing, including vendor payments and expense reimbursementCollaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather necessary financial information.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports.
- Utilize Xero or QuickBooks to manage financial transactions and reporting.
- Oversee and perform banking operations e.g. approve bank payment disbursements
- Maintain regular communication with the team through virtual platforms

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- 4 to 5 years of progressive finance experience.
- Proficient in using accounting software, preferably Xero or QuickBooks.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools.
- Comfortable working remotely and independently.
- Strong communication skills for virtual collaboration.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines in a remote work setting.
- Flexibility and adaptability to navigate through a dynamic remote work environment.
- Work location: Work from home.
