Job Title:

  • Operation Executive

Report To:

  • Assistant Manager, Catering Operation

Role Purpose:

  • Responsible for the efficient use of resources to ensure operational performance and to promote and deliver safe, timely and efficient ground handling services including operating all ground equipment to customer airlines. This position requires to work in a safe, secure, professional, costeffective manner whilst ensuring all assets are handled with care
  • This is to be carried out in accordance with AeroDarat, regulatory department and customer airlines policies, standard operating procedures (SOP) and service level agreement (SLA).

Key Accountability:

  • Deliver a high standard of safety culture while operating all ground equipment at all times. Ensure ground equipment are serviceable and safe to operate to meet the requirements.
  • Accountable for management and supervision of aircraft service activities including the loading, unloading; transportation of catering equipment and catering passenger's meals to & from aircraft.
  • Plan and organize the most efficient use of resources to meet customer requirements through development and analysis of employee equipment work schedules. Take measures to ensure that costs are managed and maintained as per approved budget.
  • Responsible for health and safety of all staff under his care by promoting safety culture, education and raising awareness through the most appropriate medium, ensuring adherence to Aerodarat Services Sdn Bhd values & culture.
  • To raise operation report in the event of flight delay and disruption in regard to any catering related matters.
  • Monitor and supervise staff discipline and compliance to Company's Manual, Standard Lavel Agreement and Standard Operation Procedures.
  • To response/ rectify by providing immediate solution/remedy to any potential disruption during the shift to avoid flight delays.
  • To guide, motivate, coordinate all operation staff from Scheduler to catering logistic operator to meet operation performance.
  • Other duties as assigned by superior and management

Qualification & Work Experience:

  • Degree or Diploma in any related field with 2 years working experience in Airport Services or SPM with 56 years experience in Airport Services.

Skill & Knowledge:

  • Average command of writing and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Required to attend all regulatory and mandatory training as per AeroDarat Training Manual (TGM).
