We are looking for a Corporate Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Director and assist in various operational, administrative, and project-related tasks.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently allocate and track project progress by coordinating tasks across regional teams.
  • Foster seamless communication and coordination among various functions, including marketing, accounts, HR, and front offices.
  • Continuously identify areas for enhancing operational processes and overall efficiencies.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new team members and ensure effective management of exit processes.
  • Generate documents, briefing papers, reports, and presentations as required by the Director.
  • Prepare and distribute communications to internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's / Master's Degree holder in Business Administration, Legal or similar fields.
  • Meticulous and detail oriented. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and Chinese Mandarin).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office software and tools.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
Trainings will be provided and a rewarding career progression path ahead in the regional corporate settings.

Pay:
RM3, RM5,000.00 per month
