Duties & Responsibilities

Front Office


In undertaking your role, you will be reporting to Chief Operating Officer (COO), Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and all Company Directors.


You will be required to produce high standards of managing office activities which include but not limited to:1.1 Attending to all incoming calls and correspondence appropriately and courteously.


1.2 Perform a variety of clerical duties involved in maintaining patient medical records to include scanning, filing, retrieving and distributing medical records, loose notes and reports and maintaining associated logs and records in accordance with established priorities and procedures in any section of the Front Office Administration.


1.3 To ensure patient medical records from wards, clinics and other designated areas are collected and delivered to the right work station.


1.4 During registration, examine patient medical folders for completeness and ensuring all required information is included; note any deficiencies and refer to appropriate area for follow-up.


1.5 Managing all matters related to Front Office Management for reporting purposes and this include ensuring that all charges are correctly enter into the PMO system and that there is no discrepancies in the physio stock or medication prescribed or sold daily.


1.6 Assist in arranging hospital admission for patients, which includes patients' registration, insurance GL if any, billing, discharging, payment collection, bed-board coordination and etc.

1.7 Performing basic clerical and administrative duties.

1.8 Performing ad hoc duties as and when required including transferring patients to the respective department.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in any discipline.
  • At least 3 years Experience in the Hospital environment would be an added advantage.
  • Preferably with experience handling GL for outpatient and inpatient.
  • Strong Knowledge of Computers (Access, Word, Excel).
  • Possess good interpersonal and able to communicate with all levels of people
  • Proficient in both spoken and written ENGLISH
  • Pleasant and friendly personality, good telephone etiquette, customeroriented attributes, and high level of initiatives
  • Able to work independently, resourceful, and resultsoriented
  • Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

Pay:
RM3, RM4,500.00 per month
