Sales Executive

Job Responsibilities 1. To make phone calls to prospective customers. 2. To explain and promote company's products to new and existing customer. 3. To handle leads from any source of marketing. 4. To deal with customers' questions and escalating complex information to the relevant departments as needed. 5. To maintain records of all sales transactions, scheduled appointment and sales-related inquiries or complaints. 6. To develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with vendors and customers. 7. To identify and engage with potential customers through various channels including referrals, networking events and calls. 8. To produce weekly and monthly sales reports. 9. To team-up with marketing team to achieve sales target. Job Requirements 1. At least Diploma in any field of study. 2. At least 2 years working experience in sales. 3. Proven track record or achieved sales target. 4. Good demeanor. 5. Excellent communication skills. 6. Excellent negotiation skills. 7. Possess closing technique skills. 8. Willing to travel. 9. Able to work independently and in a team.
