**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**:

- Effective managing of territory and database of customers
- Handling all aspect of sales functions such as:
- 1. Effective selling

2. Do research on customer.

3. Do research on the product.

4. Do research on competitors.

5. Do research on history of the customer relationship.

6. Making appointment

7. Preparation of Sales Tool (samples, catalogues, presentation aids/materials)

8. Set call objectives.

9. Action plans, writing reports (daily, weekly, monthly)
- Product knowledge and Buyer Benefit
- Able to handle objections and possess good negotiation skills.
- Possess good market intelligence.

3. Customers' creditability & affordability

4. New products
- Budgeting skills:
1. Knowledge of building by-laws and tender is an advantage.

2. Servicing customers as well as achieving set sales targets.

3. Promoting exceptional customer services

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
