  • Act as the point of contact for coordinating China Café/Property Exit activities, liaising with relevant stakeholders and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Coordinate and schedule visits from headquarters personnel, ensuring appropriate arrangements are made for their accommodation and travel.
  • Assist with flight ticketing, including booking flights, managing itineraries, and coordinating travel logistics.
  • Handle hostel bookings for employees and visitors, making necessary reservations and ensuring comfortable accommodations.
  • Support the administrative team with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any field (with experience)
  • Meticulous with an eye for detail
  • Highly responsible, able to multitask and a fast worker
  • Able to work independently and under pressure

Salary:
RM3, RM4,000.00 per month
