- Identify Prospective clients and arrange for pitch meetings.
- Work with the tour operations team to plan the clients' custom travel itineraries.
- Prepare tour proposals, and negotiate and close deals with clients.
- Strong ability to handle clients' objections, and must be able to upsell.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and client relationships and ensure that the client's needs are met.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
- Handling adhoc unforeseen travel problems and aftersales customer queries/complaints.
- Provide suggestions and advice on travel documents, travel advisories, travel requirements, import and export regulations, and travel insurance.
- Achieve sales targets in relation to the company's business plan. Monitor sales progress, sales report preparation and recap with HOD & Management periodically.
Pay:
RM2, RM3,000.00 per month
